How long does it take for my order to be made?
Some of our items are handmade and could take between 2 and 3 days to make.
How to measure my Bracelet Size?
1) Use a tape measure, or if you do not have one, use a strip of paper, ribbon or cord. Wrap it around your wrist where you would normally wear the bracelet.
2) If you are using a strip of paper, ribbon or cord. Mark the end of the strip and then measure the length against a ruler.
Once your order is with the courier, it takes between 2-5 days to be delivered depending on your area.
Shipping will cost R65 for all orders in South Africa.
Handmade products are made to specification and to each customer’s needs, we will therefore not be able to accept returns on made to order items.
However, should you wish to return a non-personalised item we will be more than happy to assist you and provide a refund. Please note that the client is responsible for shipping costs when returning any item.
Can I place a bulk purchase order?

How can I best take care of my items
Our bead and bracelet ranges are colour coated beads and/or Hematite metal beads. We advise you not to wear your bracelets in water, when using cleaning products, lotions or perfumes. These chemicals can cause tarnishing.
